Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, so if you are not 100% happy with your order, you can use our 14 day return policy. 

To return an order, please contact us and we will book the return for you. Once the product has arrived on our side, in the same condition as it was received by you, we will then process your refund after shipping and transportation costs are deducted.

However, if a rug is faulty, you will never have to pay any return fees. We will then send a replacement rug completely free of charge. 

For custom orders that have been placed, we cannot accept returns or cancellations.
